Buyers are encouraged to inspect vehicles thoroughly and request a professional mechanic's assessment before purchase. Car Stand is not responsible for any defects, mechanical issues, or problems discovered after the sale is completed.
6. Payments, Deposits, and Financing
We accept various payment methods, which will be discussed during the purchase process. A deposit may be required to reserve a vehicle, and this deposit is non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Car Stand may offer financing options through third-party financial institutions. Approval for financing is subject to the lender's terms and conditions, and Car Stand does not guarantee financing approval. We are not responsible for the terms, interest rates, or conditions set by external finance providers.
7. Test Drives & Trade-Ins
Test drives are available by appointment and subject to availability. All drivers must present a valid South African driver's license and may be required to provide proof of insurance. Car Stand reserves the right to refuse a test drive at our discretion.
We accept trade-in vehicles as part of your purchase. Trade-in values are determined by Car Stand based on the condition, market value, and history of your vehicle. The trade-in offer is valid only for the specific transaction discussed and may not be combined with other offers.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, Car Stand shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or the purchase of a vehicle. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the purchase price of the vehicle in question.
We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the use or operation of vehicles after purchase.
