At CAR STAND, we are committed to providing quality used vehicles and transparent service to all our customers. We understand that purchasing a vehicle is an important decision, and we encourage you to thoroughly inspect any car before completing your purchase.

All Sales Are Final

Please note that all vehicle sales at Car Stand are final. Once a purchase is completed and ownership is transferred, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. This policy applies to all vehicles sold through our dealership, whether purchased in person or through our website at www.carstand.org.

Vehicles Sold "As-Is"

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in your sales agreement, all vehicles at Car Stand are sold on an "as-is" basis. This means the vehicle is sold in its current condition at the time of purchase, with all existing faults, wear, and imperfections. We strongly recommend that you:

  • Conduct a thorough visual inspection of the vehicle
  • Take the car for a test drive
  • Arrange an independent mechanical inspection before purchase
  • Review the vehicle history report if available
  • Ask our sales team any questions about the vehicle's condition

Post-Purchase Issue Resolution

While we do not accept returns, we understand that occasionally minor issues may arise shortly after purchase that were not apparent during inspection. In such cases, Car Stand may, at our sole discretion, review and potentially address these concerns.

Reporting Timeframe

Any issues must be reported to us within 7 days of purchase by emailing [email protected]. Include your purchase details, vehicle information, and a clear description of the issue.

What Qualifies as a Minor Issue

Minor issues that may be considered for review include:

  • Small electrical faults (e.g., dashboard lights, interior lighting)
  • Minor fluid leaks that were not visible during inspection
  • Issues with accessories or non-essential features
  • Problems that clearly existed at the time of sale but were not reasonably detectable

What Does Not Qualify

The following are not eligible for post-purchase resolution:

  • Major mechanical or engine failures
  • Transmission problems
  • Structural or frame damage
  • Issues resulting from misuse, accidents, or neglect after purchase
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic concerns that were visible during inspection
  • Any issues reported after the 7-day window

Our Commitment

If you report a qualifying issue within the specified timeframe, Car Stand will:

  1. Review your concern promptly
  2. Inspect the vehicle if necessary
  3. Determine whether the issue warrants attention based on our discretion
  4. Provide a repair if deemed appropriate, at no cost to you

Please note: Even if we agree to inspect or repair an issue, this does not constitute a guarantee of refund, replacement, or any form of return. Our assistance is provided as a gesture of goodwill and does not override our final sales policy.

Your Responsibility

As a buyer, you accept full responsibility for:

  • Inspecting the vehicle before purchase
  • Understanding the vehicle's condition and history
  • Accepting the car "as-is" unless otherwise documented
  • Maintaining the vehicle properly after purchase
